When God Calls You Into a New Season

Over the past few weeks, I have experienced what I can only describe as a whirlwind of emotions, confirmations, and transitions.

Some moments have felt incredibly joyful and affirming, while others have required deep reflection, prayer, and courage. But through it all, one thing has remained clear: God is always guiding us, even when the next step feels uncertain.

Just recently, I hosted my second annual Empower & Elevate Women’s Retreat, and it was truly one of the most powerful experiences I’ve ever been a part of. Watching women open up, support one another, and begin to step into their purpose reminded me exactly why I do this work.

At the retreat, women shared breakthroughs around their beliefs, their purpose, and their next chapter in life. Some realized they had been operating from fear. Others gained clarity about what God has been placing on their hearts for years.

Moments like that remind me that transformation doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when we create space for reflection, connection, and faith.

Then, just days later, I attended the Lift to Rise Community Awards, where I was unexpectedly recognized as a Change Maker. I was genuinely surprised and deeply honored. The truth is, I never do the work I do for recognition. I simply try to live in obedience to the calling God has placed on my life.

But that moment reminded me that when we walk in purpose, the impact often reaches further than we realize.

Around the same time, I also made a major life decision.

After much prayer and reflection, I made the choice to step away from my role at JPMorgan Chase, where I have served for many years. It was not a decision I made lightly. My time there has allowed me to serve communities, build meaningful relationships, and grow as a leader.

However, there comes a time in life when you can feel that God is stretching you toward something new.

A new assignment.

A new level of impact.

A new chapter.

And while transitions can feel uncomfortable, they are often the very moments that lead us into our greatest growth.

For me, this season is about fully leaning into the work that God has placed on my heart—supporting women who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the life they know they were created to live.

So many women are successful on the outside but quietly carrying stress, burnout, and uncertainty on the inside.

They’re asking questions like:

  • Is this really the life I’m supposed to be living?

  • Why do I feel unfulfilled even though I’ve accomplished so much?

  • How do I reconnect with my purpose and joy again?

These are the very conversations that inspired my coaching work, my retreats, and the programs I continue to build.

Because I truly believe that when a woman reconnects with herself and with God’s purpose for her life, everything begins to shift.

Her mindset changes.

Her confidence grows.

Her life starts to align in ways she never imagined.

As I step into this next chapter, I feel both humbled and incredibly excited.

Excited about the women I’ll continue to serve.

Excited about the communities we’ll build together.

Excited about the lives that will be transformed along the way.

But most of all, I’m grateful.

Grateful for the lessons.

Grateful for the journey.

And grateful for the reminder that sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is simply say yes to the next step God is asking us to take.

If you’re currently in a season of transition yourself, I want you to know something:

You are not lost.

You are being led.

And often, the very thing that feels uncertain today is the doorway to the life you’ve been praying for.

Stay faithful. Stay open. And trust that the path will continue to unfold exactly as it should.
