Walking in Purpose, Power, and Alignment: A Week in My Life

If there’s one thing this week reminded me of, it’s this: when you say “yes” to becoming the woman God called you to be, life will stretch you, shape you, and strengthen you — all at the same time.

This has been a full week of growth, coaching, lessons, breakthroughs, paperwork, prayer, wins, setbacks, and divine alignment. And honestly… I wouldn’t have it any other way.

As I continue stepping deeper into my calling — as a coach, leader, and woman who is unapologetically rebuilding her life on purpose — I felt led to share the reflections that stood out the most. Because if they blessed me, I know they may bless someone else too.

1. Start Before You’re Ready — God Meets You in Motion

I coached my community this week on taking action, and it hit me again how many of us are sitting on dreams because of fear, perfectionism, or simply being overwhelmed.

I shared a story I heard recently about someone who died with dreams still inside of them — simply because they never took action.

It reminded me of the pastor who once preached: “We all have a birth date and an expiration date, but what are you doing in your dash?”

Whew.

Your dash matters.

This week, I encouraged my clients, my email list, and honestly myself to stop thinking, stop doubting, and start moving.

Because clarity comes through action — not overthinking.

2. Give Yourself Grace, but Don’t Give Up

There were moments this week where I felt stretched: navigating my leave process, coordinating with my doctor, managing responsibilities, and supporting others — all while choosing wellness, faith, and family.

In the past, I would have felt guilty.

Now? I give myself grace.

Life happens. Sickness happens. Delays happen.

What matters is consistency — not perfection.

This is the same grace I remind my clients to offer themselves when they’re building new habits, healing old patterns, or stepping into their next level.

3. Don’t Let Busyness Become a Badge of Honor

Something shifted in me this week.

Between working on my 90-day program, creating content for my women, planning the Empower & Elevate Retreat, supporting my community, and showing up for my own growth — I had to remind myself:

Busyness is not purpose.

Movement is not progress.

Work without alignment is just noise.

The real work is internal:

– resetting your mindset

– creating rhythms that support peace

– building habits that align with your values

– and honoring what God is whispering to you

This is exactly why I created my group coaching programs — to help women stop hustling from survival mode and start living from a place of clarity, alignment, and emotional freedom.

4. God Will Put You in Rooms Before You Feel Ready

I walked into rooms this week — in masterminds, events, DMs, and conversations — that stretched my belief.

From conversations with mentors…

to attending the Forbes Riley event and hearing the powerful story about her father’s dreams…

to the Manifestation Dinner on 11/11 hosted by the Million Dollar Mom Society…

to connecting with women who are walking fully in their purpose…

This week reminded me that alignment is real.

God doesn’t wait until you feel qualified — He positions you so you can grow into the woman He already sees.

5. Your Story Is Someone Else’s Breakthrough

I shared parts of my journey this week — my fitness transformation, my healing, my coaching path, my family testimony, my wellness choices, my mindset evolution… and every time I shared, someone responded with:

“I needed that.”

“Thank you for being real.”

“This blessed me.”

And that’s when I remembered:

Your voice matters. Your story matters. Your process matters.

Never shrink what God is using to shine a light for someone else.

6. What I’m Working On (And How You Can Grow With Me)

This week I created and refined:

✨ My Mini Prosperity Pathfinders Program — a one-month immersion with lifetime ongoing access to the group

✨ A 90-day transformation program curriculum

✨ Scripts, outlines, and client support tools

✨ Coaching content & email coaching messages

✨ The Empower & Elevate Retreat (March 6, 2026!)

✨ My devotional + monthly spiritual community

✨ Wellness commitments and morning routines

✨ And the content that pours into my community every day

Everything I’m building is rooted in one thing:

helping women become emotionally and spiritually free so they can build a life they love.

7. Final Word — Don’t Wait. Don’t Play Small. Don’t Doubt What God Has Placed in You.

If this week taught me anything, it’s that obedience creates overflow.

Every time I leaned into obedience — whether it was posting something vulnerable, saying yes to an opportunity, asking for help, or slowing down to rest — God met me there.

So here’s my reminder for you:

💛 Take action.

💛 Live fully in your dash.

💛 Speak life over your goals.

💛 Give yourself grace.

💛 Don’t bury your gifts.

💛 And trust that what’s for you is already aligned for you.

Your next level is waiting on your obedience.

And I’m honored to walk this journey with you.
